Beautifully remodeled 1Bd/1Bth private bungalow in the heart of FUN and SAFE neighborhood of Los Feliz in Hollywood area. The home is complete with central air/heat, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a cozy backyard. The cottage is part of a fully gated complex with bungalows and located in LAs hottest neighborhood with fine dining, bars, shopping, groceries, hiking trails, and entertainment all within a 5 minute walk. The absolute best location for enjoying life in LA at its finest!
The space
Even though you'll be in the middle of of the most popular and youthful areas of LA with tons of things to do all around, you'll come back to a very serene cottage with bedrooms with of the bedrooms having its own built-in bath, and a fully fenced private backyard for outdoor relaxation. The cozy and sun soaked cottage will let you hide away from the world in complete peace and quiet whenever you feel like you need the serenity. But, being in such a lively and hip neighborhood, those serenity seeking days will be rare.
Other things to note
The cottage comes with 1 parking spot inside the property, but street parking is generally available. The driveway is very narrow, and the parking lot is very compact. So driving the car down the super narrow driveway and then parking takes a little getting used to. Being located where we are at the heart of Hollywood, we are very lucky to even have parking at all.
