From fully stocked kitchen, to washer/dryer, central AC, dedicated parking......this gorgeous private apartment will make your stay as wonderful as your time spent enjoying everything Hollywood and LA has to offer. Located on the top floor of a story triplex, theres only adjacent neighbor sharing wall. Youll have dedicated 2-car tandem parking spots inside a gated lot.
The space
Our property complex is located in a very popular part of Los Angeles where parking is limited. Most apartment buildings dont even have parking spaces for residents.
Whereas, our apartment unit comes with 2 tandem spots (one car behind another). But, please note that the spots can fit 2 smaller cars back to back such as Toyota Prius or Camry. Large vehicles such as SUV, Van, or Trucks will not fit the parking. Only SUV will fit. We have this mentioned in our property description.
Street parking is not impossible to find around the property in case if you have to park on the street. Just please make sure to never ever leave anything "valuable" inside the car when you park on the street to avoid attracting the wrong kind of attention to your car.

Our property has a strict No Pet Policy.
