Serene 2Bd/2 Bth private Bungalow with fully private backyard in the heart of Hollywood. Cottage is complete with Central AC/Heat, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a fully private cozy backyard. Cottage is part of a fully gated complex with 3 separate bungalows and located in LAs hottest and SAFE neighborhood with fine dining, bars, shopping, and entertainment all within a 5 minute walk. The absolute best location for enjoying your time in LA surrounded by fun while relaxing in peace!

Very quiet and private cottage inside a fully gated complex with 3 cottages. This cottage has everything you need for a wonderfully relaxing stay while youre in the middle of of the most fun and renowned neighborhoods in LA and Hollywood.
Other things to note
The cottage comes with 1 parking spot inside the property, but street parking is generally available. The driveway is very narrow, and the parking lot is very compact. So driving the car down the super narrow driveway and then parking takes a little getting used to. Being located where we are at the heart of Hollywood, we are very lucky to even have parking at all.
